Concrete duvets optimize the curing process on concrete elements

At Gandrup Element A/S, there must be control over the smallest details when casting concrete elements.

Here, it is extremely important that concrete elements harden and cool down properly. This is done by controlling the cooling and hardening process, so that the element achieves the right quality and strength.

Together with Combitherm, Gandrup Element A/S has found just the right solution. The solution is a specially developed insulating concrete duvet that prevents the temperature from falling faster than it should, even if the element is outside. Using temperature measurements, the core temperature in the element and the temperature in the surface under the concrete duvets are closely monitored.

The concrete duvets are adapted to the needs of Gandrup Element A/S, where it is essential that they can maintain the right quality in the concrete element and that it is not too difficult to deal with.
