We place a great emphasis on safety and documentation in our company. Our customers need to feel 100% confident that their valuable products will safely reach their destinations. We understand how crucial it is that there are no breaches in the cold chain or temperature fluctuations during transport and storage of food, medicine, or in the casting processes. Errors or fluctuations can have critical and very costly consequences for our customers. Everyone at Combitherm takes this very seriously, and we use it as a daily reminder to optimise our products.
The most important thing for customers is the peace of mind they get from using our products. Let's say a customer has 100 pallets that need to be transported to Dubai. If half of the pallets were subjected to cold or heat, outside the tolerance level of the products, it would be a disaster. It could mean that goods worth millions must be thrown away.

We always get our products independently tested. We have chosen to have our products tested at the Danish Technological Institute, which is completely impartial and can provide a professional assessment of whether our solutions live up to their promises. It's important that our customers can trust the documentation we provide, so it's not enough to have tests conducted only in Combitherms own test room.
